Administrative & Research Support
Sophia Luna provides administrative and research support to the STEM Center. She is a 3rd year undergraduate student pursing her B.S in Psychology at Colorado State University. She spent a portion of her undergrad as a mentor and upon graduating she is planning on pursuing her M.A in School Counseling to become a high school counselor. Her academic interests include learning and memory, protective factors for at-risk youth, and building resilience, as she has a passion for improving educational outcomes among disadvantaged populations. She has spent many of her summers working alongside environmental educators teaching elementary aged children about the environment, specifically about the rivers in their community. Outside of school and work her hobbies include yoga, running, plants, and music.
